We welcome new patients.

If you wish to make an appointment for a check-up or consultation, please contact one of our receptionists. They will send you written confirmation of your appointment, along with our practice information leaflet. You will also receive a confidential medical history questionnaire; please complete this form at home and bring it with you to your first visit. Please arrive about 5 minutes earlier than your stated appointment so that we can check all of your details.
